What's up friends and yogis!
I am a Colorado native, yoga instructor (beginner yoga and Stand up paddle board yoga are my favorite to teach!), respiratory therapist, esthetician and wife. Love, love, love learning new hobbies and skills. Adore my doggies and all things in nature; hiking, biking, kayaking and learning to be still in meditation.
