From Vermont to Colorado, Naani Sheva’s practice and teachings are absolutely inspired by her natural environment. Since originally studying with Ana Forest in San Francisco, Naani has spent hundreds of hours mentoring and assisting teachers Brian Campbell, Allison English, Heather Lilleston, Jessica Fertig, and more. Her classes offer a nugget to contemplate, an inspired soundtrack, and a sequence based on form and function. Naani lives in Telluride, CO where she manages and teaches at her beloved studio, Practice. Off the mat, she’s often found on a trail run or nordic ski with her dog, Butter.
