I opened the first yoga studio in Tulsa, OK 22 years ago and everyone said it would fail, but it only grew. I love offering traditional yoga but talk to me about how I developed Rock'n Roll Yoga, Raven Yoga for Freedom and All Rise Yoga Church Service. I know, I know, these sound like a "stretch" compared to a classic yoga flow but dive in and give your practice a tune-up with a new perspective.  I offer Cacao, Hape' and breathwork circles and I love helping others shed the old skin of whatever is holding them back so please chat with me about your desired spiritual growth. My heart loves to travel but I have two dog-kids at home that I absolutely adore and I live close to a running trail and go rollerblading, walking or cycling everyday.  I have attended almost every Fayetteville Yoga Fest so please come say "hi" if we met or if we haven't I would love to meet you!
