Hi Yogis!
I've been practicing and teaching yoga for over 21 years and loving every minute. Telluride is my favorite place to be immersed in a weekend of incredible beauty and nature and I have traveled every year since the first!
Just as the pandemic hit last year I finally completed my 500 hour certification and eager for increased opportunities to put those skills into action.
The styles of yoga I enjoy are a mixed bag of anything from Iyengar, Vinyasa, Hot, Slow Flow, and Yin. The longer I practice, the more I appreciate living the yogi lifestyle.
I live in Highlands Ranch CO with my dog, Lucy and kitty, Linus. I enjoy riding this path of Yoga, getting deeper and deeper, gradually pulling away the layers and getting a little closer of my higher Self. Reading, movies, good conversation, music, hiking, indoor cycling, travel, are some of my favorite activities as well.
