If you’re going to be a kid, there is no place better than Telluride and at TYF, we aim to make it even sweeter. Have your kiddo join us for a magical journey Friday-Sunday with classes coinciding with adult classes. All classes are free for those who have a pass or ticket to the festival.

Who: Kiddos 5-12 years old
Where: In the Kid’s Yoga Zone on the Lawn at the High School
When: 10:30-12:30pm, 1-3pm and 3:30-5:30 Friday – Sunday
Drop off: Drop off kids up to 15 minutes prior to class time - we will release forms to sign
What to bring: Please bring water, snacks, and hats/sunscreen
About the Class: Tree Huggers and Rainforest Lover's will enjoy the imaginative nature yoga poses. We will do sun salutations, breathing techniques such as Peace Tree where we drop off our worries and movements to reduce stress, anxiety & improve concentration. Come to our class for some great stretching. Snake Breath, learn how to be a Rainbow, a flexible gorilla, a rooted tree, balanced cat pose, your child will stay focused, as they balance and fly like they are a Toucan in a Rainforest. Twisty flower, Sunrise/Sunset stretch, backbending Snake pose, & butterfly pose. We will learn about Peaceful Piggy Meditation and Guided White Light exercise.
