If you’re going to be a kid, there is no place better than Telluride and at TYF, we aim to make it even sweeter. Have your kiddo join us for a magical journey Friday-Sunday with classes coinciding with adult classes. All classes are free for those who have a pass or ticket to the festival and are weather dependent.
Who: Kiddos 5-12 years old Where: In the Kid’s Yoga Zone on the Lawn at the High School When: 10:30-12:30pm, 1-3pm and 3:30-5:30 Friday – Sunday Drop off: Drop off kids up to 15 minutes prior to class time - we will release forms to sign What to bring: Please bring water, snacks, and hats/sunscreen
Partner stretches, handstands, fun acrobatics, mindful breath, and trust games will lay the foundation so that everyone can fly! Stretch, strengthen, relax and bond as a family. Kids will give parents a Thai massage during savanna to close each session.
