Set to the chill beats of DJ Mental Physix and lit only by candles, this soulful vinyasa class will build heat, strength and flexibility while allowing the mind to achieve a deeper meditation, enhanced by the darkness. Attention is paid to the alignment of the physical form as well as to the subtle energy body (chakras). This introspective practice strikes a balance between movement & stillness, strength & surrender, leaving you open, refreshed, and at peace.
