Backbends are really good for us physically and emotionally. Find out if yours are coming from your lower back, your upper back, or a combination of both. Learn how to have a more balanced backbend practice that builds strength and stamina without strain. Properly done, these poses are hugely beneficial and can be practiced for a lifetime.This class will include meditation and pranayama.
