Our bodies are approximately 80% water. The body fluids and sustaining life force called prana flows in wave like patterns. Like the way tides in the ocean move in response to gravitational pull, the body’s fluids-- the blood, lymph and cerebral-spinal fluid-- move in pulsatory surges. In this yoga practice, we sense and feel the tidal rhythms of our vital fluids in order to support optimal health in the body.

*Please bring one yoga strap, a block and blanket. Practice involves meditation, movement, and exploration.
