Writing is an amazing contemplative tool, helping us to find meaning in our past, clarity in the present, and consciousness on our path ahead. We will practice self-compassion on this guided journey, exploring our stories as an act of healing and empowerment. The workshop will include guided meditations and writing prompts to help you tap into your heart and let your words flow. At the end of the timed writing sessions, you will have the opportunity to process the writing experience in a facilitated, supportive discussion. No critiques or workshopping, just pure, creative expression in a contemplative, nurturing environment. Please bring paper or a journal and a pen. All levels of writing experience welcome.
