Growing up in Grand Junction, I fell in love. My heart belongs to the city. My passion for creating a beautiful future for my loved ones and friends has always burned bright. Barre came into my life two years ago, and has stuck with me ever since the very first class. I opened barrelosophy in March of 2017, to help further along others and myself in this amazing practice. I love the mental and physical mountains I as well as my peers are able to work through and conquer. I have made the most amazing friendships I could ever ask for. Watching my barre buddies grow and strengthen their bodies and minds is by far the most rewarding part of being a barre instructor.
